They then treated me to a very nice meal at Bella Italia, and we ended up watching Big Fish to end the evening off.
Saturday proved even more adventurous. The first text I received was "our hotel is on fire" (and Thomas' socks hehe), but I couldn't reply, so it was slightly worrying. I met up with them for the open day, following them to various talks and finding out some information I didn't know! I even got to look round the studio, which I haven't been able to see yet. :)
I also fell asleep on a sofa out side one of their talks that lasted about two hours (!). After that, we spend ages trying to decide what to do with our day, and ended up going to Stevenage... It was a yet another great day out :) I wasn't expecting to have another meal paid for me, but they took me out again this time to Frankie and Benny's for another lovely meal (thank you so so much). I don't actually think I stopped laughing once for every moment spent with them, and it showed me that lunacy is definitely lacking in my life over here. Which sucks (big monkey bum poo). Again, we ended up watching a film, this time Edward Scissorhands, my favourite film ever. I then got taken home, and as soon as I started to walk away, the tears came once more. Wow did I cry hard... they're leaving tomorrow. :(
So tomorrow came, and here I am. As they drove away, I waved for as long as I could see them, and when they were half way down the road, the tears started coming again, and once out of sight, they flowed out even harder, and I'm sure it must have been a sight for the security guards, to see a student in the middle of the street bawling her eyes out, practically sitting on the wet floor with her head in her hands. So many words to say, but not enough air to say them it would seem. My brain just seems to melt, along with the words trapped inside. Ten weeks. That's not that long, is it. I just miss them so so much. A great weekend, greater than greatness itself. Harder and harder and harder to say good bye, time please just stop. A scene in Big fish is perfectly true. You wait such a long time for such a great moment that you never want to let go of. When that moment comes, time seems to stop, but then it moves at extra high speed to catch up with itself, and it's as if you dreamt that moment, it hasn't actually happened yet. But in fact, it has. But after all its not good bye really, is it? See you in a few weeks. TTFN, ta ta for now. I'm just so glad I actually got to see them. For see you in ten weeks is better than see you in eleven. :)
